  • Q: Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?

A: Yes. We offer full and partial scholarships for qualifying families, supported through our donor community.

  • Q: Who qualifies for tuition support?

A: Tuition support is available based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. Each application is reviewed confidentially.

  • Q: How do I apply for tuition support?

A: Families can indicate their interest during the admissions process. Additional steps and documentation will be provided.

  • Q: Are payment plans available?

A: Yes. We offer monthly, semi-annual, and annual payment options.

  • Q: Are there additional fees beyond tuition?

A: Our tuition is designed to be all-inclusive. Most major components such as meals, after-school programming, and enrichment are included.

  • Q: Will applying for tuition support affect admission?

A: No. Admission decisions are made independently of tuition support requests.

  • Q: Is tuition refundable?

A: Tuition policies regarding refunds will be outlined in the enrollment agreement.

  • Q: What happens if my financial situation changes?

A: Families are encouraged to communicate with the school. We will review situations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Q: How are scholarships funded?

A: Scholarships are made possible through generous donors and community partners committed to expanding access to Christian education.

  • Q: Are all programs included in the tuition?

A: Yes. Christian Academy of Harlem offers a comprehensive, all-inclusive model where the majority of academic programs, enrichment activities, meals, after-school programming, and student resources are included within tuition.

Through strategic grant funding and donor support, many of these experiences are provided without additional cost to families.

Any optional or special events outside of the core program will always be communicated in advance.

What many schools consider “extras,” we consider essential.
